Job Description : The Infrastructure Security team is seeking a Director of Information Security to lead and drive innovation across a team of engineers responsible for creating orchestration, automation, and streamlining operational practices in the infrastructure security organization and integrated solutions with other IT Risk and Information Security organizations and Global Infrastructure partners. Responsible for managing the deliverables and prioritization for a team of developers (Java, Python, APIs, UX, etc.) across both new development projects and the maintenance/support of existing projects supporting production operations and workflows. Job Responsibilities : - Create and drive a strong Dev Ops culture to deliver innovative software solutions for the Infrastructure Security organization, our customers, and our partners. - Work closely with Information Security architecture and engineering teams to deliver stable, performant, and effective technologies to the organization - Create automation and workflow to reduce the manual tasks performed in Information Security - Maintain strong relationships with business partners to ensure that the delivered solution and the targeted platform continually matches business needs - Support evaluation and proof-of-concept activities to drive selection of new technologies Qualifications : - Typically holds a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related field (or equivalent work experience) - 5+ years of experience managing Agile Software Engineering Teams designing and building software products and services supporting critical operational functions and processes - 10+ years of extensive hands-on experience building and managing the development of complex, highly integrated products and services supporting operational or Information Security process and workflows - Knowledge CI/CD, system testing, test automation - Experience with implementation complex security solutions, and operational support of systems and applications - Strong understanding of DevOps concepts and emerging toolsets - Demonstrated experience in driving innovation and change by identifying new opportunities based on industry best practices, as well as internal and external needs - Possesses extensive knowledge of enterprise policies and procedures including Change and Incident Management - Requires proven collaboration skills along with the ability to influence without authority - Requires proven communication, IT risk management and coaching skills Job type- Permanent Industry Type - Digital Commerce The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
