- This Director will report to the VP of Identity and Access Management and be a part of the global Information Security organization and a core member of the India Information Security leadership team.
- The Director of IAM Integration and Quality Assurance will be responsible for the driving the IAM Program Roadmap, and for application integrations and testing. The IAM Integrations and Quality Assurance team works closely with the larger enterprise Technology and Business organizations to deliver key security controls for managing the most sensitive access of the company.
- The Identity and Access Management organization is a critical pillar in the larger Information Security organization at American Express.
- The leader will work closely with Application Owners in both Technologies, and Business Operations to align on overall integration and testing approaches for IAM Services. The leader will support the prioritization and release calendar build out for new capabilities. The leader will be required to build, develop, and manage a high performing team.
Job Responsibilities :
- Define & execute enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) Roadmap work for Integrations and Quality Assurance
- Define and implement security controls
- Manage vendor performance for IAM Integrations and Quality Assurance delivery
- Partner and collaborate with IAM Architecture and Engineering organizations to drive new capabilities
- Partner and collaborate with IAM Operations to drive high quality delivery and release management
- Implement integration solutions that promotes self-service / enhances end-user experience, reduces operational expense, and mitigate risk
- Define and manage Service Level Agreements for IAM platforms/capabilities and manage 24x7 operations organization
- Serve as a liaison between application development and business teams to define architecturally sound and business friendly solution to IAM Services
Qualifications :
8+ years working knowledge of key Identity and Access Management and Quality Assurance technologies :
- SailPoint IIQ or other Identity Governance Platforms
- Directory Services and Authentication Security Systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, RACF
- Quality Center and Rally
- Strong background in overall Identity and Access Management security discipline
- Strategic thinker who is able to combine technical skills with overall business strategy to creatively solve complex problems
- Proven Technology Operations Management experience
- Experience in leading teams of employees, contractors and vendor partners
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience working with and communicating to senior leaders
- Ability to analyze high level requirements, identify and evaluate alternatives, develop recommendations, gain leadership alignment and implement changes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal guidance and direction
- Willingness to challenge traditional thinking by actively engaging in constructive dialogue
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Ability to support/manage multiple projects with changing priorities
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
Educational requirement : Preferred background in Computer Science or Information Systems
Preferred Additional : Certifications - CISSP, CISM, ITIL
