The director of design & construction India reports into the vice president of global design & construction within the global real estate and workplace enablement (Grewe).

- S/he is responsible for the day to day oversight and leadership of a regionally based project management team.

- Work with and direct outside contractors, architects, and engineers, will play key role in the development and execution of organizations capital plan.

- Heavy interface with internal customers and functional partners.

Qualifications: BS In Engineering, Architecture, Or Construction Management. MBA a Plus

- 10-12 years applicable experience in construction and or real estate development

- Experience for architectural firm, construction manager, owner or developer

- Experience running multiple and remote project simultaneously proven track record of delivering high quality customer service and completing projects on time and under budget..
