It is the analytical engine that powers profitable business growth through consultative and innovative solutions across American Express Corporate business. The team drives analytical insights for both internal growths strategies and for external clients to benefit from American Express. Qualifications:

Technical:

- Experience in building new analytical products, solution

- Experience with Data warehousing and Data Modelling Concepts/Projects

- Experience in managing Salesforce, Microstrategy, SAS and other BI tools is desired

- Understanding of project management methodologies

- Understanding of SAS Platform and its Modules Leadership

- Proven ability to attract, develop and lead a high performing and engaged team

- Strong relationship management and team orientation; ability to lead and influence others in a cross-functional environment

- Strategic thinker who can partner with key stakeholders to drive the direction of the business

- Self starter with ability to solve ambiguous/ open ended business challenges High acumen in financial analysis and effectively conveying complex analytics to stakeholders

- Ability to manage multiple and complex work streams and work across departmental boundaries and deliver a diverse set of initiatives that result in transformational outcomes

- A passion for innovation with demonstrated ability to drive capabilities innovation and resultant business growth; experience in applying existing and emerging technologies to deliver against customer goals

- Superior communication skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

- Self starter with ability to solve ambiguous/ open ended business challenges

Education: 10-15 years of relevant work experience and preferably a Master's Degree or equivalent
