- We are looking for analytics professional Assistant manager- Global Merchant Services.

- As part of expansion of global analytics team, they are looking for an AM who can play a critical role in their Reporting & Financial Analytics division and become a thought leader to the organization.

Job Description:

The Person will be responsible for:

- Leading the Reporting Analytics team Monitor business performance, analyze variance drivers, and provide periodic updates to senior management.

- Provide insight on key performance trends and identify risks/opportunities towards meeting business targets.

- Provide thought leadership to long-term strategic planning process by delivering insightful analysis and perspective.

- Conduct other adhoc analysis as needed.

- Lead a team of Reporting analysts fostering a high performance culture.

The Successful Applicant:

- Bachelors degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Engineering or other quantitative disciplines. Masters degree preferred.

- 2+ years of Reporting /Analytics experience preferably from Retail Banking, Financial services, Payments industries

- Excellent spreadsheet and presentation skills

- Expert on SAS/SQL/tableau and other reporting and visualisation tools.

- Sharp analytical thinker and proven thought leader

- Strong communication skills - ability to work with multiple product teams/stakeholders, understand key business objectives, and communicate complex concepts effectively to different audiences

- Tremendous drive towards results.

- Ability to persist against obstacles and get things done.
