Our direct relationships with many millions of consumers, businesses and merchants worldwide-combined with our leading edge marketing, information management and rewards capabilities-enable us to offer an array of valuable services that enrich lives, build business success, encourage financial responsibility and create communities of people with common interests.   About the Role:  Payments Consulting Group is responsible for providing payments domain expertise to internal stakeholders (issuers, acquirers) for providing best in class payments experience to Card members and merchants across Point of Sale, Digital and Mobile payment platforms.   - This includes managing the transaction processing infrastructure and building additional capabilities on the network by working along with Bank Partners, Third Party Processors (TPPs), Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and other relevant participants in the industry.  - The group is also responsible for relevant driving regulatory mandates and working with internal groups to mitigate fraud risk.   - The incumbent would be part of the Payments Consulting Group and would manage a portfolio of TPPs/PSPs.   - The person would also be responsible for identifying, evaluating and driving business opportunities with partners in line with internal strategies in the area of expanding scope of partner engagement, product development, revenue growth, expense reduction, enhancing merchant and CM experience.   Critical skills/Requirements/ Roles & Responsibilities:  - Good understanding of payments domain and card network infrastructure is a must   - Experience of handling partner relationships in the payments domain   - Ability to work in a dynamic environment and work/lead cross functional, multi-location, diverse project teams   - Strong aptitude in consultancy for the payments industry   - Self driven with strong track record of success   - Project management skills & Customer focused   - Attention to details, Good interpersonal and communication skills   - Good coordination skills   Qualifications:   - MBA with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience   - Prior experience of working with global teams and clients   - Experience in payments industry   - Knowledge of online/e-com industry preferred
