Come join us and realize your potential. Job Description: Function Description: GSM capabilities team is responsible for End to End implementation P2P platforms/ERPs globally. The role would involve system designing the keeping customer experience, digitization and automation as top priorities, collaboration with multiple business units, user training &amp;support, troubleshooting. Purpose of the Role: The role is required to work as an Analyst ensuring the systems built are easy, intuitive and focused on customer experience and automation. Customer satisfaction, effort saved with automation, effective strategic and planning of the project to meet the timelines, the collaboration of various BUs, minimal post-go-live errors will be the measure of success of each Project. The position also needs to support capabilities organization to remove friction from existing product offerings and coming up with innovative solutions Responsibilites: Product Owner: - Design innovative, easy, intuitive products keeping Customer First mindset - Maximize the value of products - Anticipate customer needs - Prioritization of needs/ requirements - Understand and follow the Agile Methodology - Evaluate the product progress at each iteration - Create awareness of the functionalities, capabilities and benefits amongst users to increase the adoption by users ; Project management/Coordination &amp; Requirement gathering: - Create project plan, anticipate any risks, challenges and solution to mitigate the same - Acquiring an understanding of current state processes and business context - Engaging business subject matter experts to gather requirements - Communicate effectively at every stage to the relevant groups and stakeholders - Facilitating sessions to gather requirements, create process flows, review requirements - Grooming sessions with technology to share the requirements for system build - Procedural documentation with Business units on the exiting process, new processes, and process changes - Facilitate timely updates with scrum teams Change Management and Training: - Analyze the change impact and facilitate change management of new processes with business and operation teams - Prepare users for the change - Prepare the Communication and training plan considering the audience, training needs and key focus areas - Be the trainer and guide different teams on the usage of systems/platforms/capabilities, it's functionalities, process changes, upstream and downstream impacts, reporting capabilities etc. - Prepare supporting documents for customer/user easy and quick reference - Provide post-Go-Live user support to handle customer queries - Troubleshooting any technical challenges in the system Data and Testing: - Create detailed test cases basis the understanding gained from business SMEs and aligned process changes and process flows - Perform end to end user acceptance testing in collaboration with business team - Share and publish the results of testing - Adhere to the project plan Adoption: Every new product or system needs to be adopted by the users. - Find an innovative solution, ways to increase the adoption of products by users Job Capsule Needed.
