The role-holder will lead a team of Learning & Development professionals based across several locations in the country. The role-holder will be responsible for the coordination, execution and implementation of all learning programs in India. S/he will manage content writers, instructional designers, and trainers, support their development, track delivery through the LMS, maintain and communicate performance metrics reporting and track associate performance to ensure continuous improvement.  Roles And Responsibilities :   - Design, develop and program manage the launch of new and enhanced curriculum, ensuring it meets key learning objectives and outcomes.  - Design and develop glossaries, online learning tools, assessments, performance support aids, online tutorials, and other learning collateral.  - Design and develop new hire, on-job-training, refresher, and assessments.  - Manage training content/updates residing on LMS / SharePoint and content management systems.  - Be responsible for the training function and its productivity towards meeting the business- needs  - International travel may be required   - Basic Qualifications :   - Bachelor / Master degree in related field  - 10-15 years of experience in Training and Development function  - Experience in leading / managing Learning Design and Development function in a multinational company  - Able to engage and manage stakeholders across several business functions  - Excellent project management and planning skills  - Experience in carrying out all activities in the Training Cycle: Design, Delivery, Evaluation (ADDIE)  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills  - Comfortable in the delivery of blended learning solutions  - Able to give and receive feedback effectively  - Experience using computers to develop materials, presentations and use of email and knowledge of internet/intranet  - Preferred Qualifications :   - 10-15 Years of overall experience working in global organizations, sound knowledge of adult and proven learning /instructional design theories, and course facilitation  - Should have proven expertise in designing functional and behavioral training programs and conducting the same for front line and middle level managers.  - Should have the ability to quantitatively measure the impact of training interventions on business parameters.  Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
