Our B2B customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer so we are reinventing everything from how we display our selection, price our products, and provide the right customer experience.  The Role  Amazon is seeking a driven, strategic, and customer-centric Sr. Product Manager to create strategy and product solutions for our customers. You will work with global and local product managers and tech teams to develop and drive the product roadmap for a new initiative within Amazon Business for India. You will be responsible to:  Identify customer experience gaps and opportunities through competitive analysis and customer insights  Partner with Amazon Business global product management team and your partner technology team along with other partner teams to develop business requirements, PR/FAQ, and support the development of the enhancements/features required for Amazon Business in India  Establish and own customer flywheel goals, identify and define metrics to show impact.  Define analytical tools to draw insight from data to drive goals and process improvement  Partner with business teams to develop scalable processes for driving customer flywheel  Communicate with management and senior executives about program and product direction, strategy and the operational execution  Author business cases, white papers, use cases, and process flows  Effectively manage expectations and resolve conflicts that balance customer and company needs  Basic Qualifications  Must-have experience/criteria for role:  Proven track record of customer obsession.  Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically.  Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.  5+ years of product management experience.  Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results.  Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.  Exceptional interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment.  The position will be based in Amazon's office in Bangalore.  Preferred Qualifications  Preferred experience:  3+ years of e-commerce, marketing, product/program management, or related experience.  MBA from leading B-School.  Professional traits those are not unique to this position, but necessary for Amazon leaders:  Ability to operates and communicate at all business levels.  Expects, requires and demonstrates continuous innovation.  Results orientation.  Ability to think big and to inspire passion in others
