PRODUCT PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT  - Own and drive the product vision and roadmap.   - Champion the vision and strategy with internal and external teams, including senior leadership  - Define a data-driven product vision, develop business cases and requirements, and prioritize competing opportunities.  - Exhibit product expertise that connects, understands, and leverages company-wide assets and capabilities  PRODUCT DEFINITION and DEVELOPMENT  PRODUCT LAUNCH  - Work with IN Ops to Launch and Expand the product footprint as requirements while being responsible for all customer and partner satisfaction, performance, compliance, accounting and financial related metrics.  - Evaluate launch outcomes and reintegrate learning into the organization and product plan  Basic Qualifications:  - Completed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or similar field from an accredited university OR 7+ years- relevant work experience  - 3+ years of product management work experience  - Demonstrated ability to be a big picture thinker, strategist and long term planner  - Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet operational performance goal  - Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment  - Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation  - Ability to handle complex and ambiguous scenarios  - Ability to manage conflicting priorities - capability to work on several projects in parallel  - Demonstrated ability and willingness to operate autonomously, roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done; general manager / owner mentality.
