Title: Sr. Marketing Manager Prime

Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategy, prioritize marketing initiatives, define program goals, establish performance measurement standards and own execution of activation initiatives during peak sales events.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across Amazon to lead marketing activation for Prime Day and drive brand partnerships.
- Hire and manage external advertising/activation/digital agencies.
Must have experience/criteria for role:
- Proven track record of customer obsession
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize marketing and activation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and good business judgment
- Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication (spoken and written; including experience of reviewing results with senior management and working in a global team setting) and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- An MBA or Masters in Marketing from a premier institution
- 6+ years of experience managing large cross-functional projects in a consumer or retail company
- At least 5 years of marketing experience across online and offline channels; especially in brand activation role.
