As a Senior Financial Analyst you will be responsible for building financial analysis models driving operational decisions across Amazon Fulfillment Center network. Top Skills : - Strong financial acumen including familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. - Working on long range plan, annual budgets etc. - Weekly, Monthly Variance Analysis & reporting. Roles & Responsibilities : - You will be responsible to collaborate with operations personnel to drive process, productivity improvements and cost savings initiatives - Automate existing models and tools to contribute in scale-up of the Fulfillment Center Network. - Operations planning and cost planning for the Network - Weekly, Monthly Variance Analysis & reporting. - Manage the Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly results reporting. - Facilitate financial review meetings with key partner business groups Skills & Experience : - MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (First attempt). - Experienced in data analyses using advanced Excel and providing recommendations based on results of ad hoc analyses to senior management for strategic decision-making for 7-10 Years of experience. - Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, VBA Macros and exposure with Data Warehouse ETL queries, Hyperion Essbase, Oracle and or cognos. - Strong operational business understanding, including potential impact of business decisions on various internal/external stakeholders - Has the ability to Deep Dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges. - Excellent in corporate finance and cost accounting fundamentals - Has demonstrated ability to build financial analysis models driving operational decisions across the Amazon network and working on cost out initiatives.
