Create a seamless distribution network that could potentially reach the 11 million retailer universe 2. Be the preferred supplier for SMEs and Large enterprises for direct and indirect spend.

About the role :

Amazon is looking for an experienced, results-driven marketer to execute on brand marketing and to lead customer acquisition for B2B. The successful candidate for this high impact role will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, have proven data analysis skills, demonstrate great - voice- and content creation chops (i.e. strong writing skills), show strong ownership and commitment, have proven leadership experience in managing projects, and bring relevant insights in marketing and merchandising. As the person responsible for Amazon Business- customer acquisition, you will develop strategies and channels to acquire customers and transform how business customer buy supplies either as a consumer or as a reseller.

The objective of this position is to create a strategy around key customer types to be focused upon, pilot relevant acquisition channels across amazon owned channels, mass media, digital media, on ground activations, partnerships, database marketing etc to drive acquisition across resellers and enterprises (SME and Large) at the optimal cost.

You will define the marketing communication for different customer groups, identify and work with implementation partners/agencies, create programs that deliver customer value. You will deliver on-going new business growth to Amazon's b2b business by developing traffic channels for acquiring resellers and scaling them and optimizing them for cost per acquisition.

Main responsibilities:

- Define target audience, strategy for cross media campaigns including online and offline media while considering scope, time and budget

- Plan and execute campaigns in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners

- Measure campaign results and optimize existing and future campaigns

- Identify campaign opportunities and own execution

- Plan and manage yearly campaign calendar including coordination of seasonal, content, product and brand highlights

- Establish & maintain high level of communications and transparency throughout the organization

- Ensure production of creatives and assets in budget, quality and time. Secure consistency of creative assets throughout all marketing channels

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree and MBA from Tier 1 B-school

- 3-5 years of experience in managing cross media campaigns (online and offline) within FMCG/ecommerce organization

- Experience in working with internal and external partners. You are used to cooperate with stakeholders who have different needs

- Profound knowledge of campaign planning and execution while using Project Management tools.

- Holistic understanding about communications and campaign execution.

- Proven track record of successful project management. You are well organized and have a keen sense for details.

- Skilled communicator and relationship-builder who can convey ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.

- Ideally, you also understand qualitative and quantitative tracking approaches for marketing spends

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Consumer-facing sectors such as Retail, FMCG is preferred
