German Manager  Manager - Risk Investigations  Job Description :   Managers - Risk Investigations set the vision, direction, and culture of their teams by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals, providing individual coaching feedback sessions and weekly one-on-ones that focus on making our platforms safer to transact, improving customer satisfaction, monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence, and serving as leaders and point of contact for escalated contact resolution of a supervisory nature.   Basic Qualifications :   - Bachelor's degree or higher is strongly preferred; equivalent and relevant work experience considered  - Near native fluency in written and spoken German, B2 or equivalent degree  - Ability to function in an ambiguous, fast paced work environment  - Strong interpersonal, verbal (speaking, listening, interpretation) and written communication skills desired   Preferred Qualifications :   - Near native fluency in written and spoken German, C1 or equivalent degree
