This role is based in Bangalore.  Role and Responsibilities:  The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring the best customer experience in one or more product line(s). He/she will be the sole owner of category catalogue and onsite communication with customers through product pages. The person will lead outsourcing initiatives for catalogue content creation. He/she will report on performance and action plans to the management team; will propose, plan and execute new features and projects, partnering with business and technical teams to achieve goals. He/she will help to drive feature launches and site improvements to completion by coordinating with project managers, developers, designers, and peers across the organization.  Responsibilities Include:  - Planning & creating customer focused content for onsite & marketing campaigns  - Leading content initiatives like guides, blogs, videos, brand PR content for category teams  - Responsible for catalogue quality - define catalogue creation SOPs & Guidelines; audit & upkeep catalogue quality.  - Single Point Of Contact for Brands & Sellers for catalogue data; work with the teams within Amazon for catalogue creation  - Visualizing high impact product pages & creating content to help customers make the right purchase decision  - Define imaging guidelines and audit image quality in the catalogue; work with outsourced photography vendors as well as Amazon imaging teams on a case to case basis  - Data quality augmentation and upkeep - work with teams within Amazon for automated Data Quality enhancements  - SEO optimization of category / brand / product pages  - Support the adoption of various features / tools / widgets on Amazon pages to enhance customer experience  Prior Experience and skills:  - An understanding of and passion for e-commerce  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills   - Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize   - Desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities  - Ability to use hard data and metrics to make and support decisions   - Demonstrate organizational skills, flexibility and ability to produce results in a fast paced environment  - Capability to meet our technical requirements, which include Excel, and the ability to learn XML basics and our in-house tools, quickly   - Prior work experience is mandatory (0.6-2.0 years). Relevant experience in retail, marketing or communications will be preferred.  Personal attributes:  The ideal candidate will be innovative, team oriented, an effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
