Driving the PR agency to achieve PR objectives set out for the company and is accountable for their performance.   - The person will be measured on: PR & Media relations- 60%; Employer Branding (Internal + External)- 40%   - The person would also be responsible for building an endearing employer brand, supporting the recruitment team in carrying out focused campaigns to create mindshare for amagi amongst engineering and technology community, partner with internal HR team to drive employee communication and support employee engagement efforts.   - A hands-on communication expert with extra-ordinary passion for writing business communication, blogs, press releases, case-studies and articles.   - Minimum 3-5 years of experience.   Key Attributes :  - Driving aggressive PR efforts for the company along with the PR agency and build thought leadership for amagi amongst the media community  - Write content like case study, articles, blogs, press releases and any external facing content to position the company appropriately.   - Creating, innovating & managing various communication programs and platforms to drive engagement with existing employees and attract relevant talent.  - Manage key leadership communication and set a rhythm for periodic communication  - Build and manage the Intranet, a core employee interface, newsletters etc-   - Interface with multiple internal and external stakeholders to take inputs and drive the project to completion  - Outcome driven and proven track record of delivering speed and quality.   Education qualification :  - Masters in communication.
