Amagi has recently raised a series B funding from prestigious investors and ramping up their operations in more than 45 cities in India and Internationally covering APAC, EMEA, US, Latin America & SAARC.   As a Director of Finance your key roles will include bringing fiscal discipline, managing risks, assisting international compliance and setting up financial agenda for Amagi.   More than that we are looking for a key problem solver who can collaborate with various stakeholders and advise management team on financial decisions.   Desired Skills and Experience :   - Has been heading the finance function for the last 2 years with companies whose revenues are in the Rs 300-1000 Crs range.   - Preferred MBA, Finance from reputed management institutes, else CA  - Should have worked on budget planning, cash flow management, financial reporting, audit functions, business plan preparation, fund raising, statutory functions, creditor/debtor management processes, subsidiary creation and management, tax management.   - Should have dealt with banking relationships for setting in place different financial instruments   - Should have exposure to international finance, company structuring and taxation   - Work experience with FMCG, Consumer, Media or technology is an advantage
