Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition(BFSI)

Reporting to - Head - Talent Acquisition

Key Accountabilities

- Accountable for designing and implementing recruitment strategy

- Strategically hire the best available talent within the agreed timelines.

- Vendor Management – Ensure that all vendors adhere to the recruitment guidelines and work in the specified framework. Design and implement vendor evaluation methodology.

- Build a strong relationship with the customers externally and internally and create recruitment functions credibility

- Building a robust model of sourcing, assessing and on-boarding candidates. Should meet the global standards, specified timelines, cost and quality.

Education

- Graduate in any discipline and MBA / PGDBM in HR from a reputed Institute

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of work experience preferably in a BFSI / Consulting skill set hiring
