AM - Recruitment - ITeS/BFSI

We are currently looking for a AM positions in a leading BFSI shared services at Mumbai.

Required experience of 4- 7 yrs with full time MBA in recruitments for support & Leadership hiring from BFSI & Financial services vertical.

Role involves:

- Handling recruitments

- Provide comprehensive HR recruitment/ hiring needs support for ITES (Financial services) Vertical.

- Partner with business on recruitment strategies in a matrix environment and manage multiple stakeholders

- Manage strategic recruitment initiatives covering the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate offer with special focus on referral campaigns
