MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE RELEVANT TO THIS Exports Commercials IN Preferably CAPITAL GOODS SECTOR   Title: Asst.Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager – EXIM Commercial  Age : Upto 35   Qualification :   - CA / BE / BTech, AND MBA / PGDM from reputed institute such as IIFT. If BE/B.Com/BSc then some qualification in International Business or Foreign Trade a MUST.   Purpose of the position :   - Interpret DGFT and Custom rules, policies, keep track of tariffs and duties in order for Company Businesses to minimizes losses and maximize benefits. Modernize and improve EXIM Systems and documentation.   Job duties :   Primary :   - Keep track of latest developments in EXIM policies, identify benefits that Company can avail of and ensure accrual of the benefits. Utilisation of benefits under various licenses/schemes across the group. Work with Business Teams to aid preparation of import documentation.   - Validation of import documents in line with the current regulations. Coordinate with CHAs and Customs Authorities as required for import clearances. Assess the current workflows and documentation systems, plan and implement modernisation.   Secondary :   - Should help in avoiding Over payment through improved documentation-wording of contracts especially clauses dealing with royalty, technology fee, technology transfer. Should be able to understand the various challenges faced by the User departments in terms of export import transactions.   Department activities :   - Corporate EXIM team in Company manages Licensing, Order Processing and Import Clearances for large number of businesses in Company. It also serves as a knowledge centre to ensure that Company can derive maximum benefit from available schemes.   Location of Job : Mumbai
