Position: Assistant Manager

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5-9 yrs

Job Responsibilities:-

- Work independently on the wide spectrum of complex and challenging research/consulting assignments focused across the globe - data sets, company reports, industry/segment reports, etc.

- Ensure highest quality and delivery on time for all the projects

- Directly engage with clients and requestors, interpret their requirements, scope and estimate projects and manage the communication flow throughout the project lifecycle, in coordination with the research team lead

- Manage analysts, senior analysts in the team

- Multitask on project deliveries, business development support (scoping, effort estimation, etc.)

- Performance evaluation training of team members

- Support the team lead with reporting requirements

Skills:-

- Absolute key is strong research and deliverable preparation skills (PPT, word) along with project and client management

- Experience in consulting/strategy development related research.

- Extensive exposure to report writing, secondary research, and drawing insights from data driven research (for global and US markets); Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and other MS office tools

- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

- Exposure to people management

- Strong research delivery experience skills - should be able to understand a complex research problem, scope, deliver work, guide team members and manage clients independently

- Excellent understanding of business issues, as well as sound economic understanding

- Report writing, secondary research and analysis (minimum 4 years of experience here is critical)

- Market and competitor research, niche markets

- Management frameworks - Porter's 5 forces, SWOT, PESTEL

- Market size estimation.
