AM/Manager - Website Operations - eCommerce

Opening with a leading eCommerce firm an Indian e-commerce company founded in 2007, and headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka. It is considered as the e-commerce company that made online shopping popular in India.

AM / M Website Operations:

- Ability to identify the needs of the users and the e commerce ecosystem deeply and translate those needs

- Creating right delightful experience for the respective category

- Strategy & Planning and creation of WOW experience for the user through merchandising and new content generation 

- Partner with Marketing and Business Development team to manage content on for a category

- Partner with Technology team for automation and advancements on web site or mobile apps.

- Maintains Quality, improve efficiency.

- Ensure process compliance, implement new processes.

- Work closely with the cross functional teams to automate the processes in category verticals.
 
- Bachelors degree with 5+ years experience in website operations, catalog, content generation for website or mobile. 
  
- Retail experience and merchandising a plus 
 
- Attention to detail, consumer champion a must  
 
- B2C experience Must
