- He / She will work closely with the Lead Solution Architect and Business development team to contribute in solution development, manage the proposal requirements and deliverables

- Good understanding of the F&A service line

- Pre Sales Experience is preferable

- Able to identify risk and ensure timely raising of red flag

- Demonstrated ability to meet/improve deadlines and manage multiple priorities

- Good Interpersonal Skills & Executive Presence

Responding RFP/RFI, Questionnaires and Surveys

- Creating customized presentations and responses

- Assisting team members with collation of bench mark data

- Proactively creating boiler plates for repository

- Responsible for knowledge management

- End-to-End visit management which includes

- Agenda Creation

- Organizing floor walks

- Orientation of operations team leads with key messages

- Blocking calendars & organizing calls

- Organize focus group discussion
