Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and Drive Litigation function; support and advice external counsels.
- Manage a variety of litigation including consumer litigation. Providing guidance and support to Human Resource Department.
- The candidate must have knowledge in Labour laws, handling disciplinary actions etc
- Act as Strategic advisory to the business Leads
- Drafting and vetting of notices, reply, petitions, applications, written statements
- Engage lawyers and deal with lawyers, negotiate for company assignments
- Brief counsels and senior counsels in on-going litigations.
