We are currently partnering search for AM/ Manager- GLM

Looking for ISI/IIT- Graduates/Post Graduates.

- Perform statistical modeling and their applications in actuarial analysis including but not limited to profitability and reserving analysis for the client’s business globally.

- Analyze business and reserve segments for underlying drivers of losses and profitability for the client’s global business

- Perform statistical modeling and analysis on the client’s Life and Retirement and P&C business as required.

- Technical validation of statistical models built by other groups with the client’s L&R and P&C team.

- Support other actuarial and business needs as requested.

- Manage projects individually with minimum guidance

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders

The detailed job performance parameters are as follows:

- Acquiring a good understanding of the client’s organizational, management reporting, and legal structures.

- Acquiring a good understanding of the key projects, responsibilities, models and analytical tools of the client’s Global Actuarial and Value Management

- Completing assignments of multiple global based projects on time and with high quality.

Work experience background required (describe work exp of suitable candidates): Experience with the US Life, Retirement and/or P&C Insurance space is required

Thorough knowledge and prior experience in the following areas - Statistical & Predictive Modelling Techniques.

Years of experience (Mention Range): At least 4 years in a statistical modeling assignments. Preferred minimum 7+ years of high end statistical modeling experience

Essential skills:

- High level of statistical expertise and practical experience in use of actuarial and statistical modeling software such as SAS, R, Emblem,

- Advance Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including VBA, is required.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Must be self-motivated.

- Strong Analytical Skills &capabilities.

- Customer centricity.
