Notices etc. to the shareholders of the Company  4. Liaisoning with the Regulators including Ministry of Corporate Affairs, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, ROC, etc  5. Presentations on corporate laws  6. E-filing of various forms , returns and applications  7. Tabulating critical MIS for top management / promoters.   Key Competencies   1.
