Good knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations.   - Experience in ISO 14001 & OHSAS – 18001, HACCP, etc will be preferred.   Educational Qualification   - BE/ BTECH- Graduate Engineer (Electrical /Mechanical / Production) only from premier Institutes like- IIT/ DCE/ Thapar/ BITS/ Roorkee/NIT- Warangal/ Trichy/ Suratkhal - Ideally 2010/ 2011 Batch passout.  Role Profile:   - Maintenance Management : Evaluate the procurement cost of the spare parts based on the approved budget  - Identify the vendors for spare parts  - Participate in price negotiation for spare parts  - Define engineering store norms and ensure spare parts availability as per the norms  - Prepare preventive maintenance schedule based on OEM manuals for all the equipments  - Process Improvement Initiatives : Analyze root cause for the machine downtime (process issue, product issue etc)  - Identify the requirements of the equipment / engineering services to improve quality and reduce downtime / change-over time  - Prepare the action plan for the improvement initiative  - Modify the existing machinery to reduce the downtime and change-over time  - Conduct cost benefit analysis in case new machinery needs to be procured to reduce the down time / change-over time  - Capacity Project Planning and Implementation: Participate in price negotiation with the vendors. Install / commission the equipment at plant  - Evaluate the equipment on various performance parameters during commissioning  - Production Execution : Deploy resources to production team with respect to machinery upkeep and reduction in downtime  - New SKU Manufacturing : Present the vendor recommendation and justification note to Plant Manager for vendor selection  - Participate in price negotiation with the vendors  - Follow-up for release of purchase order once the vendor is selected  - Plant Performance Evaluation : Prepare weekly performance reports  - Consolidate weekly reports on monthly basis  - EHS :Coordinate with EHS auditors with respect to engineering related EHS norms for the plant  - Provide justification about the engineering activities to the auditors during the audit  - Prepare solutions to fulfill gaps identified by the auditors during the audit  - Statutory Compliance : Understand the regulatory requirements related to engineering and EHS services and plant equipments  - Monitor all the equipments for the compliance to all the statutory requirements on daily basis  - Vendor Selection / Empanelment : Evaluate the vendors on technical feasibility, market feedback and vendor credentials  - Talent Management : Assist HR in conducting recruitments of subordinates  - Conduct performance review and planning for subordinates  - Coach subordinates on improving performance; Nominate subordinates for training  Salary : Around Rs.14.0-15.0 Lpa   Location: Pune  For this we require you to furnish the following details:   1.Your latest updated CV as a word attachment.  2.Your current compensation package.  3.Your willingness to relocate to Pune   Kindly email to : Lalit@optionsindia.net   Awaiting your response on the above.   Lalit  Options India,  New Delhi
