For a Leading MNC Looking for AM-Internal Communication.

Role Purpose:-

- Manage the Internal Communications for Companies Business Services :

- Create and manage the employee engagement programs which help :

- Drive the awareness of our products and services internally

- Instill pride and help develop a cohesive unit

- Internal communications thru regular updates like newsletters/webinars/announcements etc

- Internal Events – manage end to end of internal events like offsites, strategic workshops etc

- Drive the big sponsorships or big events like etc internally to create internal excitement around these

- Engagement Programs

- Internal Communication

- Internal Events

- Drive communications of large campaigns/sponsorships internally

- Agency management, Team Management and Budgets.

Education:-

- MBA-3-5 Years Preferably Industry.

- Strong Communication Experience.
