Financial Statement Spreading SME
Location: Pune
Role Purpose
This position holds the responsibility for leading and being an SME of the Financial Statement Spreading production team for US based client.
Academic Qualification
- CA or MBA Finance & Accounting from a reputed B-school
Work Experience
- US Visa will be preferred.
- Overall 3+ years of BPO experience in US accounting.
- Experience in Financial statement spreading (financial analysis) is a must. The candidate should be well versed in reading/ interpreting and analyzing financial statements and well versed in US Accounting standards.
- Exposure to Moody risk analysis application would be beneficial
- Experience in team management, people management & client management.
Roles and Responsibilities, but not limited to
- Lead the production team and provide subject matter expertise support for understanding spreading guidelines and utilizing the underlying financial statements to complete the spread
- Applying relevant accounting standards for fair and rigorous credit assessment
- Undertaking ad-hoc reporting / analysis requirements
- Knowledge transfer of the Financial Statement Spread process, Reg Rating and Statement Tracking and any other processes within the same vertical from client.
- Should be very people centric and expect to be very good in people management skills
- Interface with the customer and act as point of contact for all the customers
- Would be responsible to meet client SLAs i.e. quality and turn times all the time
- Responsible for meeting the revenue and hourly realization targets defined to him / her
- Ensure operation excellence
- Should have team handling experience.
- Good team player who is dynamic, result- oriented with strong work ethics
- Responsible to maintain attrition within his / her team under 17% per annum
