Job Description

- Supervise a team of 7-9 financial analysts/senior analysts and carry out end-to-end project management

- Handle detailed interactions with the clients.

- Gather requirements and information. Guiding team on analysis to be performed on the financial data.

- Review work prepared by team members for sign off by Associate Manager/ Manager

- Handle detailed interactions with the clients.

- Act as a counselor for 7-9 team members (CAs/MBAs). Participate in goal setting, performance appraisal and management of counselees.

- Identify L&D requirements of counselees.

Desired Profile:-

- Qualified MBA (Finance)/CFA 2007-08 with min 4 – 7 years and CAs with 4-7 years of post qualification experience.

- Atleast 2 yrs of relevant exp.

- Should have good team management skills.

- Should have Project management, leadership, coaching, counseling and supervisory skills.

- Excellent communication skills.
