Candidate Profile

- Banking/ Corporate Finance/ Investment Banking experience

- Sound understanding of credit principles and RBI Regulations

- Product Structuring experience

- Excellent interpersonal skill

- Base knowledge about legal documentation

Critical Exposure/Experience

- Corporate Finance (Product specialist)

- Corporate Relationships essential

- Credit Analysis Skills essential

- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills

- Exposure to key sectors - Infra / Mfg / Services

Key Aspects of the job: the Job will include the following:

- Product Structuring and Preparation of comprehensive Term Sheet

- Understanding of key sectoral knowledge (Infra - Power / Mfg / Services )

- Execution of mandate

Due Diligence

Credit Analysis

Preparation of internal approval memo

Presentation to approving committee

Documentation and Disbursement

- Management of allocated asset portfolio

Relationship Management

House Keeping

Receivable Management

Qualification MBA/ CA (Would prefer double qualification)
