Job Responsibility:

- Business development activities with OEMs

- Quotation for new products (prototype, mass production, tooling)

- APR negotiation with customer

- Responsible for market surveys of our product with competitors products

- Responsible for all Customer complaints & feedback

- Responsible for payment release from customers

- Monitoring of Daily sales and monthly sales

- Monitoring of new developments of parts and its coordination.

- Responsible for freight cost reduction

- Monitoring Inventory at customer end and in house of finished goods on daily basis

- Responsible for OE and SPD schedules and Supplies to customers

- Attending warranty meetings at customer end

- Coordination with quality dept for corrective & preventive action for customer feedback and complaints

- Maintaining & monitoring the records according to ISO 9001, TS -16949, ISO-14001

- Monitoring of defect PPM in-house and customer end on monthly basis.

- Coordination with Design and product development for new development on time

- Preparing monthly M.I.S
