Looking for a Dynamic and Ambitious resource in the Accounting team of a well known Public and Private venture in Life Insurance.  Designation : AM / DM Financial Reporting  Qualification : CA with First Attempt with 3-5 years of experience post qualification  Role:  Preparation of financial statements both STAT & GAAP:  - Monthly financial statement preparation as per IRDA regulation  - Monthly financial statement preparation as per US GAAP   Review of Chart of Account (COA) mapping:   - Periodical review of the COA to ensure proper disclosure in the Financial statements (STAT & GAAP)  - Periodical review of all the analysis codes to ensure accurate reporting at Product & Channel level   Coordination for the statutory audit:  - SPOC for the PMLI & the statutory audit team w.r.t. the quarterly & annual statutory audit  Analysis:  - Monthly analysis of the key business indicators  - Earning walk vs Plan/Projection  Project Management:  - Supporting Projects initiated by Regions  - Understanding of US GAAP concepts w.r.t. to financial statements  - Working with the various stakeholders and tracking the progress of the project  - Preparation of Deck for the project review meetings.  Designation and Compensation will be in line with relevant experience.
