Not Applicable-MBA Finance candidates.  Male candidates will be preferred.  Exp: 3+ years  Preferred Industry: Telecom/FMCG  Working experience in SAP application mandatory.  Current CTC should not be more than 8 LPA.  Position Title: Reporting  Designation: AM/DM  Sub Function / Function: Fin - Reporting & Analytics/Finance  Location / Circle: Gurgaon  JOB PURPOSE  - Supporting month end closing including coordination with circles, identifying the reasons for variations and preparation of various schedules and reports.  - Intercompany reconciliation for complete organization.  - Preparation of financial statements including all schedules and cash flow as per IGAAP and IND AS.  - Implementation of BPC for financials preparation.  - Support in closure of Internal Audit /Statutory audit /ICM  PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES  Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators  ( Accountabilities indicate your primary responsibilities) (Key Performance Indicators are the measurement parameters and target which define your accountabilities and responsibilities.   1. Preparation of Financial statements - Responsibility of financial statements on monthly/ quarterly/annual basis as per IGAAP/ IND AS.  - Cash flow to be part of Financials, to be prepared on monthly basis.   - All schedules / notes/ Segment analysis etc. to be updated  2. Intercompany Reconciliation - To ensure all intercompany / inter-branch balances are reconciled before the month end closing.   - To interact with various department for their respective entries.   - To ensure all group related transactions are entered through group codes only and no transaction is missed out.  - To ensure control accounts and ICT/IBA matrix is reconciled.  3. Month end closing - To interact with various circle for the submission of monthly BS and PL along with variances remarks  - To support in preparation of variance remarks for consol entity for review of results by FC  4. BPC implementation - To interact with WIPRO team for final implementation of BC for financials/ Cash Flow  - To compare and ensure the results from new system are in line of desired outcome.  - To get the regular changes implemented in BC system  5. Financial's Hygiene - Preparation of various schedules/ reports towards better controls, supervision and monitoring of operations.  - Preparation of adhoc reports as per management requirements.  3. INTERACTIONS  Internal Interaction   Internal role this position would need to interact with to enable success in day to day work   FSS, Corporate & circle functional teams, Internal Audit team  External Interactions - (Outside the Organization)  External role this position would need to interact with to enable success in day to day work  WIPRO- IT partner, Statutory Auditors, Tax and other auditors  SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE  Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience  - Chartered Accountant  - Experience of 3 to 5 yrs in Accounting/Finance/MIS  Telecom/FMCG industry experience  Technical and Behavioral Skills  - Must have accounting background  - Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis   - Knowledge of SAP / BPC  - Knowledge of MS office  - Good inter personnel skills  - Sound communication, coordination & reporting skills  Salary offered: 10 - 12 LPA
