AM - Digital & Content Marketing - IT/ITES

Role:

We are looking for a talented digital and content marketer to execute content marketing initiatives with an objective to increase brand awareness and generate leads on digital channels. This will include creating and promoting premium marketing resources such as whitepapers, ebooks and blogs. Prior experience in a B2B company (preferably IT companies) in Marketing is a must.

Skills:

- Self motivated with a passion for content and digital marketing

- Ability to understand how to create marketing resources with an objective to aid sales funnel

- Flair for writing premium marketing resources including white papers, collaterals, newsletters, presentations, blogs, website content

- Understanding of key metrics to measure the success of content marketing initiatives

- Multitasker with an ability to get the job done with minimal supervision

- Comfortable with a rapidly changing environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communications, proficiency in English language is a must

- Great design sense

- Knowledge of marketing automation software preferably HubSpot (not a must) and blogging software (WordPress)

Responsibilities:

- Conceive, create, distribute and promote various marketing resources after understanding the customer buying cycle, various customer segments and pain areas of sales team

- Execution for all digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic and engagement on website and generate leads

- Repurposing and creating marketing assets which are shareable and downloadable

- Responsible for social media marketing and using social channels to generate leads

- Responsible for maintaining the company website - writing, editing, and proofreading site content, work closely with the technical team to maintain the site, responsible for new features development and getting website bugs/content errors fixed

Requirements:

- MBA (Marketing/Strategy) with 3-6 years of experience

- Previous experience in IT/ITeS industry is a must
