AM - Business Reporting Analyst - Small Finance Bank

We have urgent openings for the role of AM - Business Reporting Analyst with the leading small finance bank based out of Bangalore.

Job Description

Requirement:

- Ability to understand the business, develop/publish data-driven solutions with the help of Balance Scorecards, Trackers, & other MIS templates, to provide - Actionable Insights- to delivery heads/business heads to address business problems.

- Provide Cognos reporting solutions.

- Knowledge on any of the visualization toolsets: Tableau / Xcelsius / QlikView

- Should work well in a team environment and able to meet TAT.

- Good financial knowledge & exposure to Banking domain would be an advantage.

- Good knowledge of Data-warehousing concepts.

Core Responsibilities:

- Ownership of extracting data from various data sources to meet the data needs for the reporting requirements of the business/functions.

- Maintenance/development of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS activities & create backups for the activities owned.

- Development and maintenance of Cognos (v10.2) for line of business (LOB) and functions.

- Requirements gathering from business users, assist in UAT and training end users.

Required Skill Sets:

- Good knowledge of ETL concepts andproficient with Framework Manager (FM) toolsets - Relational/DMR modeling, security, determinants, etc.

- Advanced Report Studio development skills - prompts, master detail relationship, drill-through, conditional formatting, report bursting etc.

- Adhoc analysis using Query & Analysis Studio reports and knowledge of Event Studio reports.

- Active reports & Rapidly Adaptive Visualization Engine (RAVE)skills would be an advantage.

- Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) exposure or working knowledge would be preferred.

- Security maintenance or Active Directory experience would be an advantage.

- Proficient with MS - Office
