Mortgage Services - Mortgage portfolio management services that span the mortgage lifecycle (e.g. origination, valuation, closing and title services, default management services, asset management and component services)

Technology Products – REALSuite of applications (residential and commercial loan servicing, loss mitigation, vendor management and electronic invoice presentment and payment software) as well as our IT infrastructure services

Financial Services – Outsourcing services that encompass Accounts Receivable Management and Customer Solutions including customer relationship management and data and back-office processing services.

Altisource is developing a reputation as the preeminent technology-enabled, knowledge-based provider of these services. Our focus is on leveraging technology and a global service delivery model to provide highly efficient, accurate support of the industries we service. Unique intellectual property, such as behavioral-science principles, artificial intelligence driven scripting engines and risk decision models are used to reduce performance variability and improve compliance and overall performance for Altisource and its clients.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Account Management and will be responsible for supporting the sales team’s administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional research and analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, and Data.com are a big plus.

Responsibilities Include:

- Researching contact details for prospective clients

- Making initial contact with prospective clients

- Updating Salesforce with recent activity from sales team

- Processing new sales leads in Salesforce

- Setting up tasks (e.g., daily call campaigns, follow up reminders, etc.) in Salesforce for sales team

- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients when needed

- Monitoring customer account status in Salesforce

- Providing data and reports to help the sales team

- Keeping track of sales targets

- Answering inbound phone calls

- Administering email campaigns

- Assisting in appointment setting

- Effectively communicating with sales team to ensure accuracy of data in Salesforce

- Assisting in building a pipeline of new sales leads to support corporate sales objectives.

Key Result Areas:

- Make a minimum of 40 calls per day to prospective companies

- Achieve a maximum “Call Attempts” to “Right Party Contacts” ratio of 15:1

- Achieve a conversion rate from “Prospect” stage to “Face-to-Face Meeting” stage of 3.75%

- Set a minimum of 2 appointments for Business Development Executives per week

- Identify RFP opportunities, document and escalate them

- Achieve 90% Quality Scores

- Update CRM with sales activity data received by sales team within 24 hours of receipt

- Provide contact details (phone #’s and email addresses) for 25-50 leads daily by performing research online and via provided search tools

- Maintain 90% accuracy in contact details provided

- Process all new sales leads within 24 hours of receipt

- Setting up tasks (e.g., daily call campaigns, follow up reminders, etc.) in CRM for sales team within 24 hours of receipt

- Maintain 100% accuracy in delivery of email messages to prospective clients

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

- Strong research skills

- Prior call center experience preferably in collections or sales

- Ability to gather information through effective calling techniques

- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

- Flexible with the ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment

- Basic Microsoft Office Suite applications skills

- Strong computer and keyboard skills

- Strong customer care skills
