The Manager of Risk and Performance Assessments will be responsible for the execution of vendor performance and risk assessments, including financial reviews, and providing quarterly vendor assessment reports.  Responsibilities  - Define, implement, and manage core vendor oversight processes including, vendor desktop audits, score carding and performance improvement  - Manage a team of analysts to deliver periodic vendor risk and performance assessment reports  - Facilitate auditing of vendor practices in key areas including regulatory compliance, security standards, disaster recovery/business continuity processes, and data management integrity  - Coordinate with onsite audit team to plan and conduct onsite audits  - Monitor vendor Corrective Action Plans for any gaps found from risk and performance assessments  - Conduct quarterly financial reviews of key vendors and provide risk rating report to Business Units  Key Result Areas  - Deliver plans and controls in vendor assessment processes that reflect integrated thinking.   - Improve existing Vendor Operations planning and reporting   - Develop in-depth information set associated with specific Business Units  - Improvements from projects that focus on key operational performance parameters   Qualifications   - Work Experience of 5-7 years in operational roles preferably in banking/financial services sector  - Experience in Vendor Management or in Audit/Compliance roles would be highly desirable  - Minimum qualification: Graduate from a reputed college in India. MBA preferable  - Six Sigma certification or demonstrated process improvement experience desired  Work Location - Ecospace, Bangalore  Work Timing - 2 PM - 11 PM (company provided pick up and drop)
