Compensation Manager/Consultant ( 1 x FTE) to work with the Compensation team to design and build an innovative, competitive and analytically driven compensation offering and support the compensation needs of the organization.  Responsibilities :   - Consulting with business leaders on compensation decisions and strategy  - Support recruiters with compensating offers  - Analytics for new or existing compensation programs  - Job evaluations, workforce classification projects  - Compensation planning, program administration, comp program automation projects  - Responding to comp-related questions from managers, HR business partners and recruiters  Requirements :   - BS or BA in economics, business administration or another field that uses quantitative analysis (advanced degree strongly preferred)  - 8 years of relevant experience in compensation analyst/consultant role  - Ability to work closely with HR business partners and seamlessly serve clients  - Strong analytical skills, mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, great comfort with HR systems  - Deep subject matter expertise in one or more of the following compensation disciplines: salary and incentive plan design and administration, sales compensation, international compensation, equity compensation, executive pay  - Experience with US employment law and practices  CTC : Upto 2300000
