We are currently looking for a highly talented analytical and quantitative person with strong Mathematical and Statistical knowledge. The role will require a fast-learning, pro-active and self motivated person to assist the team in tracking and reporting idea generation performance of the sales teams.  The role is highlighted below:   - Generation of Systematic Alpha : Using statistical /analytical techniques on equity data from a variety of databases, to identify persistent anomalies in the market and incorporate the information to the automated signal feed platform.   - Back test innovative solutions where alpha signals are integrated with fundamental signals from analysts.  - Conceptualizing quantitative trading strategies & optimizing it using sensitivity analysis  - Building complex & dynamic macros/automation tools to analyze the data & identify meaningful trends while facilitating Risk Control   Skills preferred:  - Programming experience using large data sets  - Experience in a research/analytical role.   - Experience in SQL, VBA, R or MATLAB   - Advanced knowledge and extensive hands on experience with Excel including macros  - Excellent communication and presentation skills  - Attention to detail   - Ability to work effectively in a team environment  Education:  BE/B-Tech + MS in Finance or MBA would be a plus
