Graduate with MBA with HR as specialization
A competent HR professional with 12-15 years total experience, of which about 5 years in a senior HR /HR Operations/ HR Business Partner/program management role & headcount size of 1000+ resources.
- Need to handle a team of HRBPs and impart guidance as required
- Good problem solving skills
- Presentation skills
- Multitasking - planning & prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Responsible for the development of HRBPs through proper plan and training.
