STEPS is an Executive Search Organization headquartered in New Delhi.

I have started this Organisation after working in the industry for 16yrs in HR..

My last Organisation was CSC.. In the past worked with HCL, Nucleus S/w, NPI, DCM, Mitsui.

We partner with our clients to fill up their strategic and leadership positions for their business success.

In the process, currently we are partnering with a large Indian MNC.

POSITION - Alliance Manager - IT Enterprise Products..

Job Location - Delhi NCR.. Exp - 6 to 10 yrs

Alliance Manager

Job Description

- Responsible for targets by region and by partner and overall P & L derived out of partner engagement

- Identify key markets that can be addressed through the Alliance partners and pursue opportunities along with the respective business development team.

- Identify, qualify and quantify partner specific opportunities and understand critical factors to successful market deployment of products through the partners

- Develop working level collaboration with identified partners.

- Build business models with partners ensuring mutual success.

- Build and execute partner engagement model to drive incremental sales.

- Manages communications and relationships with Alliance partners.

- Work with Product Management team and Alliance partners to arrive at go to market strategy by region and by product.

- Responsible for execution and effective planning of annual Alliance plan for products.

- Operates with limited guidance in a complex environment and broad geographies.

- Business/partnership negotiation experience from start to signature.

Skills:

- Adaptability, flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast paced and changing environment.

- Demonstrated experience supporting/leading external and client relationships in support of strategic partnerships; excellent inter-personal skills including cross-cultural sensitivity / adaptability.

- Demonstrated problem solving skills, ability to negotiate multiple constituencies and manage simultaneous objectives is imperative, particularly while addressing business priorities and constraints.

- Proven negotiation skills and direction setting.

- Driven, self-starter, analytical, solution focused, project management skills.

- Ability to work under deadlines and pressure, as required.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education- B.Tech/B.E + MBA

- At least 6 to 10 years of experience in Alliances, Partnerships & Business development.

- Proven examples of go to market with products through Alliance partners.

- Deep understanding & exposure to emerging technology with relevant business development and delivery experience, profitability.

- Knowledge and understanding of products & services, business systems and processes.

- Significant, senior-level experience and understanding of technical project management and operations.

- Excellent presentation skills.

- Fluent business English, written & spoken.

- Individual contributor
