CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT (CA) CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED   JOB DESCRIPTION   A. Preparation of Budget  1. Prepare Budget in approved format  2. Keep the Budget updated with approved additions, deletions, revisions from time to time  B. Monitoring of Project cost  1. Review systems and procedures relating to procurement of goods periodically to ensure the following in coordination with Purchase Manager.  a. Goods and services indented or ordered for the Project are within the approved Budget  b. EPCG license benefit of refund of excise duty are tracked  c. Orders for goods and services contain exhaustive terms dealing with statutory compliances, such as compliance of labour laws in respect of persons employed by contractors [civil, mechanical, electrical] working at the project site, deduction of income tax, deduction of works contract tax.   2. Review systems and procedures relating to receipt of goods & services at project site periodically to ensure that those systems and procedures ensure the following in coordination with Accountants and concerned persons at the project site.  - Quantity of goods and services received at the site, such as steel, cement, service of construction reflected in running account bills of contractors, are accurately measured.  3. Prepare periodical reports as may be necessary including the following in approved format.  a. Cash Flow Statement  b. Project Expenditure Report  c. Cost overruns Report   d. Outstanding Capital Commitments  C. Insurance  - Ensure that goods and assets at project site are insured; CAR policy is secured; coordinate with Insurance Department for this purpose  D. Subsidy  - Submission of applications to receive eligible subsidies  E. ERP  - Coordination with ERP Team, Purchase Team and Account Heads at Project Sites to ensure that transactions relating to Projects are appropriately configured and reflected in the Oracle System; Coordinate with ERP Team to facilitate generation of Reports from Oracle System
