Team : UC Union  Title : Business Development Manager   Location : Gurgaon, India  Responsibilities include :   - Work closely with Business partners (ad networks, mobile internet companies, mobile APP developers, Top Mobile sites catering millions of users) to meet their needs.  - Research and build relationships with new partners, including but not limited to websites, applications, affiliates and SSPs.   - Track market and competitor, and propose competition strategy  - Initiate pitch discussions, be the front face to connect partner's decision makers and UCWeb top leaders  - Liaise with internal teams (product, operations, account managers) for taking new biz initiatives/ pitches forward and closure  - Lead the pitches from a business perspective  Requirements :   - 2 - 5 years work experience in mobile advertising or related industry  - Good Social Network relationship in mobile ads and skills to maintain good partnership is required  - Familiar with online marketing and advertising business logic is preferred  - Fluent in English, business level English is required;   - Good communication skills, result-driven & self-motivated attitude;   - Willing to travel around (India different cities and overseas countries)  Target Industry - Media house, Internet industry (Publisher relationship)
