If you love to innovate and deliver results, then we want you to be on our team.   We are building our Program Management office and looking for Program Manager with good hold of technology and consulting background.  Program Management:  Collaborate with product / business unit leads to develop business plans, execution plan, milestones, and resource plan   Help define tangible and measurable milestones  Identifying key risks (technology, market, regulatory, financial etc.), and working towards mitigating them  Create review mechanism and facilitate regular review meetings to ensure appropriate actions and decisions are taken to remove bottlenecks  Strategy and Thought Leadership:  Provide thought leadership to CTO and assist him in:  - Shaping up short term and long term priorities at group level  - Identify, evaluate and roll out new initiatives  - Setup reporting mechanism / dashboards  - Support in executive communication / presentations to be delivered to internal / external stake holders   Reporting and Dashboards:  Develop reporting mechanism, to bring transparency in progress of various projects / initiatives  Regular updates to management / internal stakeholders, with escalation of key risks and challenges in timely fashion to ensure action.  Research and Knowledge Management:  Supports projects with business research and analysis needs - like market research, financial analysis, business planning  Drive knowledge management by documenting best practices/ insights and sharing across verticals/ functions  Organization Development  Hire best talent for PMO; Actively lead and mentor the PMO team  Setup best in class practices for program management and knowledge management  Interested candidates can reach out to us directly.
