Algorythma - Head - India Development Center - IIT/NIT/BITS

Algorythma is a technology initiative based at Abu Dhabi, working on building ground breaking technology products. We are in the process of setting up development center in India and looking for individual who can lead operations for India Development Center (IDC). Key responsibilities would include:

- Oversee Engineering, Product Management, Project Management, Services and Support teams for smooth delivery of products and services.

- Work closely with corporate and business unit leads in UAE for project planning management, and quality control

- Experienced in lean product development and project management

- Responsible for local business support functions - HR, accounts, finance, compliance and admin

- Run programs/initiatives to percolate ethos and culture of parent company in IDC

- Weekly, monthly and Quarterly Reporting to corporate HQ in Abu Dhabi.

Pre-requisites for the role

- 10+ years of experience in technology product development

- Demonstrated track record of leading and managing large teams

- Experienced in working in cross-cultural environment

- Engineering Graduate from Tier-I instruction; Post-Graduation in management is preferred.
