We have an opening for Analyst - Business Planning & Analysis based out of Bangalore location.

Ideal Background would be Chartered Accountant or MBA- Finance from a premier business school with 2-5 years of experience in Financial analyst position. Salary will be best in the industry

Job Purpose :

This position is responsible for :

- Co-ordinate with functions to drive Budgeting and forecasting process

- Provide Key data analytics and Variance with Targets/Forecast to the management & key stake holders on a regular basis.

- Where requested, assist in designing business processes that are in line with internal control requirements.

- Assist in for Business Process compliance, compliance with local and US standards per policies, interim audits and documentation

- Supports business units in decision making relating to business proposals, Pricing, Schemes

- Analyses Early Warning and Risks & Opportunities BU specific proactively.

- Ensures alignment with the accounting principles of Novartis

- Responsible for adverse event and product complaint handling related activities at a local level including the collection, intake and forwarding the information to the Local Vigilance Representative).
