- To get educated the employees about safety via trainings, safety patrol,monthly safety meetings and other means in order to reduce the number of accidents in plant.

- To prepare Personnel Cost Budget for the three plants and monitor on monthly basis for manpower & over head cost.

- To prepare Overhead Budget for HR & Administration department and co-ordinate with other departments to get the same for their corresponding department and monitor them on monthly basis.

- To plan, monitor and execute Manpower Plan in consultation with the relevant departments to ensure productivity per person and cost per person within the budgeted norms.

- To organize and support the training of people from various departments, review their performance so as to drive the development of skills and knowledge of all employees at plant.

- To plan and implement the Engagement plan for the locations an ensure targeted Employee Engagement scores.

- To track and monitor the schedule of filing returns, fees deposit etc for the plant in order to ensure Compliance to the Statutory Laws.

- To monitor Monthly Wages & Salary disbursement plan and ensure timely disbursement of salary & contractual wages.

- To work closely with the Plant Head and Corporate HR to ensure timely goal setting and appraisal as per the defined process.

- To facilitate the reward & recognition program.

- To address various issues of individual employees and workers, respond to their queries, liasion with local Industry and Trade bodies. Network with relevant companies for sharing and taking up common issues. Maintain relation with employees as well as with the Govt. authorities for smooth running of the plant.

- To monitor, review various security systems in plant and take necessary action so as to ensure the security of company's movable & immovable property.

- To monitor the activities of Housekeeping team so as to maintain clean premises in plant and office.

- To devise a transport facility system in order to provide smooth Transport & Communication facility to the people in plant.

- To motivate employees for their involvement in cross functional approach. Give suggestion for continuous improvement.

- To co-ordinate for Company's CSR programe Education up-liftment for in surrounding rural area.
