Purpose of the Job :   - The sales department at Airtel, is the actual bread-earner of the organization. The team collaborates to ensure optimum mix of acquisition across different product lines at the zone level.   - As the zonal business head you lead a team of the most dynamic sales professionals and strategize growth of business in close collaboration with third party vendors,   Deliverables :   - With your strong business acumen and strategic direction you run the zone as a separate organization with an intent to yield maximum revenues across all product lines- voice, data, DTH, airtel money .   - You drive the agenda to building one of kind revenue enhancing sales strategies (short term and long term) which are in sync with the overall business plan.   - Under your direction the team would devise new and impactful ideas to increase gross additions and to minimize churn across different product segments.   - You also hold a major contribution in business decisions which would directly impact customer acquisition.   - You assume complete ownership for allocation of allotted marketing budget in a way that will maximize channel productivity.   - You work in close coordination with retailers, distributors and other external parties for keeping track of stock charge @ location and also for all BTL activities, cross functional teams to contribute to decisions around product pricing, provisioning, trade incentives, processes etc.   - You manage a team of sales mavericks who constantly works towards keeping ahead of our competition by creating opportunities for sales and managing customer relations to draw insightful consumer analysis.
