Airtel - TOCO Finance Manager

Purpose of the Job:

To ensure cost reduction and optimum utilization of capital expenditure in Hexacom Tower Co. in order to achieve high operational efficiency at minimum cost.

Key Deliverables:

- Monthly analysis of Profit and Loss account, MIS Reporting, Business analysis, Quarterly/Monthly presentations etc.

- Preparing Annual Budget and forecasting trends.

- Developing reports for top management summarizing the business financial position in areas of income, expenses, and coordinate the preparation of strategic plans.

- Monthly analysis of site (Mobile Tower) wise profitability.

- Monthly plugging of site sharing Revenue leakages.

- Ensuring accuracy of Expense booking and performing monthly sample Audit of various Expense Head.

- Industry Benchmarking of Energy Cost between Tower Industry i.e. cost comparison b/w Airtel and other tower Business.

- Develop - objectives-based- system & process enhancements to enable more effective day-to-day management of business cost.

- Helping cross functional team (Sales, Account payable, SCM and Operation) for taking Business decision e.g. Debtor management, Vendor Negotiation.

- Responsible for simplification and automation of processes i.e. SVCCL, Revenue Booking.

- Analyzing and continue monitoring business project e.g. Green site project, Indoor to Outdoor site project, FCU project.

- Pre Post CAPEX profitability analysis and day to day Capex and Opex approval.

- Analysis of Vendor KPI's and addressing Cross Functional team for Vendor Management activity to ensure compliance of Service Level Agreement.
